A cartomizer can/will hold about twice as much liquid as a 510 cartridge. The KR808D-1 typically won't use the liqud as fast as a 510 will either.

It depends. I've had some cartomizers last 1/2 hour and regular 510 carts last 45 minutes with a blue foam plug. I've had cartomizers last 3 hours with heavy vaping and oem filler on the 510 last 15-20 minutes. Dripping on a 510 can last less than that, but you get more vapor and flavor.

The new mega attys and carts from TW can last well over an hour.

But in general, with longevity as the only factor, cartomizers will last longer than any 3 piece ecigarette. The 801 can get close to average cartomizer times.
