I doubt it, but I was wondering, what does "new" and "mega" really mean here?

Probably not. I would presume the edition 2 cartos will come from Vapor for Life when they are available.

They are the 808 KINGS, and the only vendor I can see the manufacturer making an exclusive deal with.

Those seem more like V4L cool carts.

My guess is the "Higher Resistance" here for us 6V+ vapers. Seems the lower resistance cartomizers make the juice taste burned at higher voltages.

Yes, these are not the 2nd edition cartos but are like the VaporNine Turbos and V4Life Cool Carts. They have a higher ohm rating and are slightly longer.
