Can someone list for me the choices for large size Kr808d-1 threaded batteries? Maybe something around 750mah to 1000mah would be nice.

I have a Riva and 510 to 808 adapter that I use with 808 cartos, and the Riva batt does last ALOT longer, but it doesn't seem to hit nearly as good as my standard 808 batts. Isn't the Riva supposed to be 3.7v the same as the 808?? Could my adapter be the problem??

I know there are at least 2 or 3 larger 808 threaded batts I just can't remember who sells them.

They are KR808D-1 threaded but some have different air flow. Some have totally sealed ends (which is nice!) but that means one normal airflow source is gone (the hole in the center of the threaded battery end). Instead, these have an air slot cut across the solid battery end. I want one.

See
LeCig.com PigCig (solid slotted end)
CigEasy.com Elegant Easy (I do not know what the end looks like)

There is also a Kanger Vgo and the Kanger one has KR8 threading but a review I saw said the button is hard and bumps out in the middle and is hard on the finger.

I'm gonna chime in here. I love my 808/901 big battery. I got the PigCig, and it's really nice to NOT have to recharge all the time. Mine ran out an hour ago and I've been using it for 17 hours. It's not that much bigger, looks about the size of a black 'n' mild cigar. Below's a pic comparing it to a standard size V4L unit.

Dormouse, I did a quick test on the voltage and polarity. It's the exact same as my existing KR808 chargers, so I wouldn't bother with buying that part as long as you don't have a charger that's recessed (or if you do have a spare charger that is recessed and a hacksaw/dremel handy). On the other hand that Kanger 1300's looking mighty good...lot more mah per buck, and looks fairly close aside from the large LED.

WacDenney, do you own one of the Kangers? If so, how's your experience been with it?
