kraken rba questions..

so i have a kraken clone, gonna start building but I'm hearing two different things… on one hand I'm told you use anything in it, such as silica, mesh , cotton and all the fun stuff for your mini coils etc…. and then on the other hand I'm being told to only use coils on ss mesh, because genesis rbas are only meant for ss mesh wicks , but I've seen sooooo many youtube videos of krakens being used with tiger coil and two cotton wicks, or even the agro coil … are these wrong ?

You do it how ever you want, it has to be remembered that in the beginning the ss mesh was part of the overall "genesis system" it was originally designed around this method and is considered true to form, now to say genesis merely refers to the type of tank anymore, with people wicking them however they can. if you want the true to the original experience then go with mesh, if you want a good working atty then any wick will do.

Hey guys I have some questions about the kraken clone and I figured it would be best to post here instead of making a whole new thread, what are the supplies I'm gonna want I know I need a multimeter, but what else? I'm thinking some 2mm ss rope wick some 28g kanthal and a blowtorch, also any guides on a rebuild should I instead use ss mesh keep in mind I would prolly be vaping at a high vg ratio off my nemesis clone

thanks alot thrasher, another question i have pertaining to that would be , I'm using a magneto, and kraken tank .. I'm gonna start doing simple mesh wicks and coils, but i eventually want to do the tiger coil , with cotton wicks… what batteries should i be using , and what ohm should i have coil at? I'm not gonna be sub-ohming btw its seems too dangerous for my skill level

for a good battery dude check out these 18650 Sony US18650VTC4 2100mAh High Discharge Flat Top [Sony US18650VTC4 2100] - $8.50 : Illumination Supply, Quality Flashlights and More! they have a high output rating so it would be good for sub ohms (if you ever decided to go towards that) and its IMR so its a safer battery, experiment with your ohms idk what kinda wrap you should be doing and wick and .... (hence my other questions) also get a multimeter so you can see the ohms of the coils your gonna be building

also I heard its a safe practice to boil your atty when you receive it do I do this to the glass as well? thought that could be dangerous and .... up the glass

so are vtc4s still chill to use for higher ohms lets a 1.0 + ??
