    Just wanted pop in and give credit where due to David, the shipping manager for DV. The other day I received the Kanger Subtank Plus I had ordered a few days earlier. When I opened the box, I noticed that a beauty ring that was listed on the website was not included. I shot off a email to DV real quick about this missing part and received a reply within minutes (8 minutes to be exact.) David explained that it was a misprint and apologized for the confusion and stated that he would dig one up and ship it out. Later on in the day another email from David stated that he found one and was sending it out, followed by a shipping confirmation email.

    Now, we're talking about a little accessory here. Not a DOA device or anything. With the ring and shipping it out to me, they've lost profit on this whole thing, but have earned my loyalty! His prompt response and willingness to 'make it right' so quickly needs to be commended, thus this post!
