I have a Joyetech mini with an Aspire Triton tank. I started 6 weeks ago with this setup. The only issue I have is a lack of juice flavor. I have tried different vendors and B&M stores, different juices. I run it at 20w to 30w, I tried lower and higher and i still don't get a noticeable flavor. I am using .5 ohm eleaf bvc coils. Would a different coil help here ? Is there something else I need to try. I do run the air holes wide open.

Try tightening down the air flow a little bit, closing it off some usually helps with restoring better flavor. I would also start low on your watts, and work up until you find your sweet spot.

How are you inhaling as well? Are you just pulling straight to your lungs(STL or Lung hitting) or are you doing a more traditional Mouth To Lung(Much like the draw off a cigarette). I would honestly try to knock your power down a bit, close the airflow down some so that its a bit more restricted, and try Mouth to Lung hitting.

Also just know too that when transitioning from Smoking to Vaping you will lose some ability to taste the flavors, as your body is recovering. If you are dual using(Smoking and Vaping) This also tends to play a role in diminishing how much flavor you taste.

It can be due to a number of factors, you touched on the first being their settings and devices, but it can also be due to the juice your buying may not have been Steeped as long as the juice that is in their testers. If you have a juice thats really lacking, put it in a dark drawer for a week or two and revisit it. Steeping helps to bring the flavor out in juices, and if its a fresh batch they received, it may not have had the time to mature to allow all the flavors to come out. Where as in the tester, its probably been there for a bit and has had time to steep and really bring out all the flavor notes. Like I said though, definitely play around with the airflow control and watts on your setup now, I am confident that with some experimentation on closing down airflow and progressively changing watts, you will find your sweet spot where you are getting the flavor you desire.
