Thank you :)..... He is pretty fearless he needs his bouts of exertion and running around on the floor in the house is not a good thing right now... Wind outside is murderous, and we''re being attacked by miles and miles of tumble weeds... Azamet was fine running and dodging massive size tumble weeds... he was out with J running up and down having a good ole time getting his energy off...

Everyone is fine,, Arka is about 80% ,,, and Adele bless Adeles heart... Any time she goes up to the cat tree and Azamet plays a little snatch and grab rubbing cuddle on Adeles nose... Adele just falls to pieces in a good way that the kitty touched her.... lots of nervous energy with Adele so she is still at 50% .... of needing more time to handle the crazy kitten movements...

I just pray for a warm winter until Jan.... so Azamet can have his runs in the chain link area to burn him self out during the day...

Thank you for the welcome ladies:) so happy to have found you all,it's amazing that what ever forum I go on someone somewhere always ends up talking about "cats" I love it, so here I am!

I'm a little shy here being a newbie ,but as I'm a complete "animal freak" with 3 cats, 3 dogs, 3 horses.I feel really at home already & not so overwhelmed by this great forum.
To answer the OPs question
I am very much owned by my crew as 'chief tin opener' & 'animal slave'

Love all your pics ♥

I'm cracking up reading this! I though my Loki was the only coffee drinkin doggie around. I do drink caffeinated!

Here's my boy Loki and my kitty Goldie having some snuggle time.

Here's Goldie and Mica enjoying the laundry basket.

And here's Loki and Chester Topaz taking a play break.

Considering how much my life revolves around-buying dog food, buying cat food, buying cat litter, watering water fountains, cleaning litter boxes, feeding animals, dressing animals, diapering animals, cleaning messes out of the rug, refilling the potty pads, sewing animal clothes, mixing and mashing vitamins, procuring/baking/drying homemade treats, cleaning out the tub (kitty bowling alley), shopping for toys, picking up toys, righting everything that's been knocked over/pulled out/destroyed beyond all recognition, walking animals, and of course providing love and affection-my animals surely own me. When will they start paying me for all this service I provide? That is the real question?

.......and I wouldn't have it any other way.......

You just described my life,LOL! & I wouldnt either...

Julie, if you upload the pictures into an online program like photobucket you can link them here directly- it's easier than trying to upload them to ECf and you have more control over the sizes.

How to link pictures:

find or upload a picture to a photo hosting website...
right click on the picture
Select 'copy image location'
come back to ecf,
select reply to thread
select the little icon with a picture of a tree in the top of the reply box
choose the tab that says "from URL",
unclick the little box that says retrieve remote file
paste your link
OK

it will look like this

then post your reply :)

(you can also type
directly if you don't feel like following all the steps)

Julie, I'm so glad CES posted picture instructions for you. I'm somewhat techno-challenged, LOL. I'd love to see pictures of all your babies as well!

Patricia, do you have a room you can leave Azamet in by himself for a little while? If so, you could consider getting a Bolt laser toy (Amazon.com: FroliCat BOLT Interactive Laser Pet Toy: Pet Supplies). That would give him something to run around chasing and you wouldn't have to supervise the dogs. Of all the money I've wasted on toys for my cats, this is one item I don't regret buying! The quads like it much better than the triplets, but even the triplets will chase it now and then.

it's getting to be morning entertainment lol .. talking to DH on skype put the camera on so he can watch the kitty playing on the cat tree behind me... Kitty at the top decided he wants to jump from the cat tree to my kick boxing bag... and free fall splat just stripes and dots going down to the ground.. OMG.... I wasn't looking but was also watching the video feed and saw it.. "wipe out" he's fine.. goofy little cat..

just an update.. kitty is old news lol ... the dogs only know lay down , stay still when the kitty has been out .. so that is what they have learned when it's loose kitty time. Actually had one of those accidents that I do all this silly controlled training for... I forgot to latch Azamets cat house when I went to take a bath.. I knew something was up... All three tattle tail GSD's burst into the bathroom when I was in the tub .... I called out and Adele came trotting in, but Arka didn't respond.. Well ok am sure something is going on,, but Adele, J, Ra, and Faye are fine... it can't be that bad right ... When I got out of the tub there was Arka laying down by the door way of the cat room just looking in at Azamet loose running around in his room with the door wide open but never leaving all the while I was in the tub.. Everyone fine and no one ate anyone lol .... I know I must sound foolish running a strict strict household for the animals but it's more training for accidents and oopsies.. Just had to smile and hug everyone for looking after the kitty and Arka from blocking the door that Azamet didn't leave his room...

Breeder recommended this

Young Again Pet Food

it's a raw food supplement with calcium added so I can add it to Azamets boneless meat/organ mix.. and she also recommended if I feed moist can food to add l-lysine and probiotics to it.. so I have that on hand and that it was ok to leave TOW cat dry food available if the kitty wanted to free munch on it. Next year when I have the smaller birds for Azamet I will get the raw food supplement without the calcium. just happy I have several choices to choose from , those that need to be fresh, and those I can keep on hand that have some shelf life...

he's a sweetie very hug able ,,..
