Not allot of reviews as both are so new, but I've been following this topic close. What I've learned or what I think the difference is there is now a version 1 & 1.5 LavaTube/clone now. The 1.5 has ability to check load resistance ala the ProVari. It turns off by pressing the power button 5 or 6 times instead of showing the battery charge like the version 1 LT The battery charge indicator has moved on the screen permanently. It is displayed like a cell phone type indicator on the 1.5. The last thing is that it has raised the amperage like the ProVari V2 to allow you to vape LR at allot higher volts. They also claim it provides a consistent vape over the full battery life unlike the OG LT which got weaker w/ the battery charge. I need some PBsuardo charts to prove that though. It is the exact same in build as the OG LT however w/ plastic end caps that are known to break & fall off. I have the original LT & my caps are in tack but the paint wears off easy if you don't have the black version. The paint wears off the fire button also if its not black. The lambo has metal caps & the self adjusting 510 connection that works w/ eGo style 510 gear. From the 2 reviews I've seen the buttons don't stick at all like the OG LT that seemed to have a sticky or slightly off voltage button. I have held 4 LT clones & every 1 either had a "bad but working" plus, minus, or power button. None had 2 bad buttons, but all had 1 of the 3 front face buttons that felt sunk in & didn't click. It's also much heavier w/ a nicer finish according to all the reviews & chatter though I haven't personally held it. Great right? Unfortunately, no the lambo has the same electronics as the LT version 1 & suffers from your vape dying w/ the battery. The old electronics make using your LR stuff worthless on it. They need to combine the 2 & I'd buy 1. It probably would beat out the ProVari or at least pull even w/ it. As it would carry an extra feature & still be $80 cheaper than the silver Provari & over $100 cheaper than a chrome/black ProVari w/ the 18650 cap. I'd need to see a solid review proving the lambo had fixed the technical issues & also that the fit/finish was as advertised. I'm thinking about a 2nd ProVari but while the 1 button menu is easy to use it is NOT as nice as having 3 extra buttons like the LT or the wheel like my Infinity. If anybody has found a SS lambo LT w/ confirmed 1.5 electronics let me know. All the vendor sites are very vague, but I think this is the case as it stands

[h=1]The Lambo Calrissian VV 18650 Tube Mod[/h] Lambo VV 18650 Tube Mod this is Unit only.

Features:

· Metal body Chrome Plated

· Power button (Red)

· Voltage up button

· Voltage down button

· Activation button

· LCD screen, which shows the current voltage the device is set on.

· 510/eGo threaded connection

· Vented removable end cap w/ spring for battery tension

· Uses one 18650 high drain (IMR) battery

Tech Specs:

Selectable voltage from 3v to 6v in 0.1v increments

Power on/Off Button: Hold the red power button down for 5 seconds to turn the device on, hold the button again for 5 seconds to turn the device off.

+ Button: On press, increases voltage by .1 increments between 3volt and 6 volt. When you reach 6 volts, the user starts back at 3 volts

- Button: On press, decreases voltage by .1 increments between 3volt and 6 volt. When you reach 3 volts, the user starts back at 6 volts

+ and – Button: Press and hold both buttons for five second to disable the + and – button, locking the device on the voltage it is currently set at.

Regulated Output: Keeps the voltage the same with each puff - regardless of the remaining battery power. As the battery drains, the device will keep the voltage consistent.

If the activation button is held down for 10 seconds or longer, the device will shut itself off until the button is released, to prevent overheating the atomizer and the device.

Short Circuit/Atomizer Protection: The device can recognize an atomizer with too low of a resistance for the current voltage setting and will drop the voltage to 3.7v to protect both the battery and atomizer. If the atomizer is too low or shorted out it will shut off power to the device to protect the device from being damaged.

Reverse Battery Protection: Protects the device in case you put the battery in the device backwards

Battery Monitoring/Over-Discharge Protection: The device will monitor the battery voltage and automatically turn off when the battery is discharged, preventing damage to the battery by overly depleting it.

Battery Voltage Meter: Has a voltage meter built in, simply press the red power button 5 times and it will display the voltage of the battery for a few seconds. This way you can monitor the power left in the battery before it needs to be recharged. High Drain (IMR) batteries provide 4.2v at peak charge and over the life of the battery that voltage will decrease to about 3.3v level before needing to be recharged. The LCD screen will flash when the battery needs to be recharged, and will stop powering the device.

Vent hole on the bottom of the device for added safety

Lambo is all version 1 Lavatube electronics in a different body.
Version 1.5 has upped the current limit to 3.2A and added the resistance check, etc.
Version 2, or 1.5T, claims 4A, but there is some controversy about whether this claim is true or not.

The chrome and stainless versions of the Lavatube V1 have rectified the issues with the aluminum body, regarding plastic endcaps and paint wear.
