The best part is the battery in my chuck was never put on the charger... so I am sitting here with two dead 18650's and that is hard to do.... luckily I have the ego still..

Consider it a learning experience--just remember to learn from it ;)

Chips has decided she wants a tank...
Soooo?........

So....be prepared to experiment. I got a Jonboyumc tank "set" (really cheap) from the classies. Discovered that the CE2 clearomizers it uses as a base cannot wick fast enough for my vaping style--one draw (sometimes two) and the wick was too dry for a decent vape. Spent more time tipping the durned thing to get it wet than I actually did vaping.

On the other hand, these are awsome IMHO...

A dremel, but it would be a lot more difficult and not be as clean a cut. Tubing cutters are $5 at Kmart (probably less at Harbor Freight, but I'm not going there).

What I have is the "old" DIY kit that has a top and bottom cap, two different size poly tubes (to choose regular CE2 for 5ml tank or XL for 10ml tank) and that requires your own 510/808/901 drip tip. It's not one of his "lava" tanks he makes now. I have it assembled as a 10ml tank, and the CE2's I have are XL's (I think I have two). I can cut the extras for you, or cut one and leave one, or leave them uncut.

If you're interested, send me your address.

And now it's time to shut down and head home. See y'all l8r :)

I think we can swing picking up a tube cutter somewhere then :)
Can you cut one and leave one? And you'll be sending along instructions, right?

No problem. It's already assembled with one XL. I'll cut one of the other XL's and leave the last one all wrapped up.

If you want to try the 5ml tank "version" you'll have to get your own steel CE2's (I only received XL's when I got the tank).

And the instructions for cutting the cartos and assembling the tanks are on the board somewhere--at least that's where I found them. I'd look them up and link them for you, but I only got an hour's sleep yesterday and I'm about to fall out. If you haven't found them (or someone else hasn't provided links) by the time I get back online, I'll find 'em for you.

'Night everyone!

They are so easy and there are a TON of good videos with easy step by steps...I definately recommend the tubing cutter over a dremel.

Being the intelligent creatures that you are, You or Pringles should have no problems with cutting the e2's.

Very similar tank with a good vid to show you how to cut them.

I found the solution was to use a slightly higher ohm e2 and cut the notches for the wick SLIGHTLY larger, so they dont cut off the juice.
