Late Night Vapes

Has anyone ever tried this or even think it's good? It's supposed to help you sleep but i'm not sure what the added chemicals might do for you...

What are your late night vapes? What do you like to vape late at night when you're alone and relaxing that mellows you out? For me I like Vanilla Swirl by Bulldog Vapes, mainly because it tastes like a smooth butterscotch and is such a nice dessert vape.

I'd love to try http://www.vaporboost.com/e-liquid/sleep/sweet-dreams-e-cigarette-e-liquid-juice-sleep-melatonin but i doubt it would be any more effective than just taking melatonin which works well for me.

At night to chill out it depends on my mood but I like to vape Free State's Lady in lavender or The Nilsson (haven't had roxy rose yet but i think i'd like that too). Or Ahlusion's Shipwreck or Suicide Bunny's Mother's Milk, or HHV's Shadow

all really smooth vapes with some sweetness

You can probably go to the store and get Valerian capsules cheaper than the eliquid. I have used Valerian capsules for anxiety, and they do help. As far as evening vapes go, I just stick with what is in my tanks, nothing special.

I did a build your own at MBV that is my go to late nighter. Peach cobbler with graham cracker crust. Has Peach, cotton candy (for sweetness) cinnamon red hots, graham cracker crust and French vanilla ice cream next time I'll cut the cinnamon in half, but other than that it's like laying in bed watching a movie with fresh peach cobbler alamode. love it.
