I read that sentence (actually, the whole press release) 10 times and still don't know what it means. There's a lot of vague and flowery language in there.

Looks like a lawyer wrote that sentence...and we need one to translate. However, if it came out of the UN or WHO, we can be sure it's anti e-cig....

The UN and WHO also announced they approve of a brand new ground-breaking medicine called penicillin. Those boys are right there on the cutting edge of science.....

I cannot express (on ECF) just what I think of WHO and their so-called "tobacco treaty" or whatever the hell it is! WHO is not an elected, legislative body and have absolutely no say over anything I may want or not want to do!

Please note that the US Senate hasn't ratified the FCTC (and will be less likely to do so next session than it was this session).
