Well... I tried it w/ 26awg Ni and couldn't get it right. Kept shorting out the neg. I rebuilt it w/ 28awg Ni and had to poke and prod a bit.

I pulled 2 strands of cotton to surround the "bamboo" and the final product came to 1.7ohm. Tossed it on my VV/VW at 5v/15W and it is actually producing an incredibly flavorful vape!
