Lavatube acting weird

Hi. My lavatube display says "CH" only. any idea what it means? I tried using google but unfortunately found nothing​

I did a search too, I also checked the lavatube forum here on ECF and didn't find anything about CH - found a bunch of info about LO and code 82 but nothing else...

Only thing I can suggest is to go to the manufacturers website E-Cigarette | Electronic Cigarette | Volcano E-Cig
They have their own forum over there too - they might be able to help.

How old is the Lava Tube? My older ones needed the battery cap spring to be pulled up just a bit to give the battery a better connection.

It's fairly new ( 3weeks). I made sure the springs are touching the batts. Still, it keeps on displaying that damned "CH" and i can't press and use it anymore. sux
