Lavatube Mini Extension Cap

I have previously seen mentions of an 18650 extension cap for the LT Mini, does anybody know if and when they might be available?

Where did you see such a mention? IMO, that would be pretty stupid for the vendors or manufacturers. As a full sized LT owner, it would irritate me a little bit as well. Why would anyone buy a full sized LT if all they had to do was buy an extension cap and have 2 LT's for little more than the price of one?

OTOH, I wouldn't be surprised if some enterprising sort with a metal lathe made an aftermarket extension cap. But if I was a VP of sales at L-Rider and one of my employees suggested such a thing, I'd slap him upside the head.
