Ok, I wish it was easier to tell new people exactly what to buy, but it really depends on what voltages you're going to use on your LT.. and noone knows that but you after you do some experimentation. Some juices do better than others at high voltages as well. Unfortunately, I've never found one 'magic bullet' carto that works great at all voltages. Boge 3.0ohm and very high ohm dual coils can be used at all voltages the LT reaches, but they feel to me like vaping air under about 4.5v or so. If you plan to hit those high volts, you really are best off, imo, if you also have on hand some of the boge 3.0s JUST for high voltages, and of course something more intense you use at lower voltages to those mid range ones. Here's some links to the 15 carto deals since the best value is in the 15packs, w free drip top. Always free shipping. 5 packs are also avail for much less $. I've estimated good voltage ranges for each off the top of my head, but there's always some give in either direction. Chart in first post gives you a VERY conservative range of where cartos of different ohms vape best. At voltages 4.5 and below... there's a lot more options for 'satisfying' cartos, so it depends on you, what you want your pv to look like, and how often you want to fill them. I love dual coil tanks.. I think they're great. Its just up to you if you want to jump into one right away or try the cartos by themselves for a few weeks first. I personally have found that buying the cartos pre 'punched and plated' to pop into my DC tanks is a simpler process than punching them myself when I got my first dual coil tank. I really just like having that 'plate' around the bottom to stabilize them. I've personally never seen boge XL cartos being sold 'punched and plated' for use in tanks, but they might exist. Many people use a '1/4 inch self piercing saddle-valve' they buy at the hardware store (about $8 or less) to punch their own boge cartos, for use in tanks. That's why there's no listing for them on this list. You can purchase punched (no plate on bottom) Boge 2.0 and 3.0 in the regular size (short) for use in smaller tanks at
www.parkesvaping.com, though. I think they're only sold in the singles.
JUMBO resurrector in the 1.7ohm - These hold 2.5ml with no need for a tank. Just a big honkin filler carto. Unless you're a VERY heavy vaper, this should hold close to a days juice. These are ideal from about 3.2v up to about 4.4v. These are very similar to boge in vape, but the draw is a little tighter. So, imo, they work really well on something with an airy draw, like the stainless steel LT. Draw may feel too tight on other devices, depending on your taste.

Boge 2.0 - these are the regular size boge, not the XL. So if you want to punch a hole, and put them in a tank, they would only work in something like a smoktech 'shortie' tank, Mom and Pop Vapor 'MiniSub' or a parkes vaping 'chibi tank' in 3ml. They're too short for most DC Tanks. These are are good from low voltages up to about 4.75v or so and may require multiple fills daily when not in a tank.

Boge 3.0 XL - these are suitable for 3v up to 6v vaping (but they'll be way less satisfying at lower voltages), and in any reg size dual coil tank with a hole punched in. They'll probably need to be refilled once throughout the day if they're not in a tank. These are ideal for when you want to vape from about 5.5 to 6v, though.

Smoktech 1.7ohm 'resurrector' single coils- these are the size of dual coil cartos, so they work in any reg size DC tank once they're punched (or link below to buy them prepunched) Good for low voltages up to about 4.4v at the high end. Draw is a little tight on these, so they're great for a device with an airy draw, like the metal lava tubes, imo. These are midsize cartos, so they may need to be refilled once a day if not in a Dual Coil Tank.

PUNCHED and Bottom Plated 1.7ohm resurrectors - These are single coil cartos, soley for use in Dual Coil type tanks. They'll fit in just about anything that says it holds a dual coil. Everything else is exactly the same as the listing above, for the regular resurrectors. These are not suitable for use outside of tanks.

Find 5 packs of all of those, here. A few of them have 'singles' option, so you can buy them individually. Smoktek vape shop also carries singles of many of these options, as well as dual coils in a variety of ohms.

I can tell you that my 'no brainer' choice, when I'm using the stainless lavatube and I don't want to mess with different voltages, adapters to correct the airy draw etc is a Resurrector 1.7ohm (very similar to that boge 2.0, but a tad more intense, and in the taller size, plus tighter draw) in our out of a tank, at about 4.3v. That's my standard all day vape. But honestly, for ease of use and satisfaction of vape, in or out of a DCT, you can't go wrong with ether resurrectors or the boge 2.0 option. Just depends how airy you guys want the hit to be, and whether you want a short carto or a tall one.
*also, with the metal lavatubes/vtubes like stainless, chrome, copper, you may want to pick up something like an 'ego short cone/thread cover' (gives a sleeker look) or a '510 to 510 shortie adapter' (less sleek look, but can also be used to make some of the ego and clearo cartos such as some 'vision' brand clearomizer tanks, and ego CE4 aka 'ego stardust' function on the metal vtubes). This will fit down the channel of your pv, or in case of the adapter, screw into your connection, and reduce the 'airyness' that many of us are experiencing with our draw. I use it with some gear, not with others, but its nice to have a less airy draw when you want one. There are many discussions as to which adapters are best in the 'apollo update' thread for stainless steel Vtubes.
First DC tank (DCT) - There are a ton of options for DCTs out there.. However, depending on you, you may find that its simpler to get one with a 'port' ie: screw that allows you to unscrew, squeeze in juice, and then screw it back in once you're done. There are a number of these in the market, but the cheapest I've found is the 'Sub and Mini-Sub' at Mom and Pop Vapor shop. In terms of quick and easy use... imo these are the easiest DCT's at low cost that I've seen. Sub is for tall cartos, like resurrectors, boge XL, and dual coils. Mini-sub is for 'short' cartos, like the regular boge, resurrector 'junior', and generic 510 cartos. They're $12.99 and lower, I believe.
