I have 120ml of 50/50 PG/VG @ 12 nic. And would like it to be 18nic. How much in ml of 48 base nic do I need to add?

is your 48 base also 50/50? or all PG or VG?
if not 50/50, does your 18 need to be 50/50?

forgot to answer your question - you need to add 24 ml of the 48 mg to get to 18 mg

24ml of 48mg/ml Nic combined with 120ml of 12mg/ml Nic will give you 144ml of 18mg/ml Nic
