leaking aero v2

Hello everybody. I'm new to vaping, about 4 weeks now. Smoked for over 30 years. I had a heart a tack in February at age 47 so I started vaping.

I stared out with an ego kit from a gas station and have since purchased a mvp v2. I bought an aero tank from eBay but it leaks sometimes. I've taken it a part cleaned it , change atomizer and it still leaks. Any advice on a fix would be great. By the way everyrhing looks to be in place. I'm also a shade tree Macha nice and I just can't see what the problem is. Thanx in advance.

I've read posts similitude to yours on the leaking issues. Must not be a legit aero or the coils are the wrong ones. You check the auth code on the box??

Mine has never leaked, ever. Had it for about 6 months now.

I'd second the check your atomizer. If it's not seated completely or isn't compatible it'll leak. Mine doesn't.

I checked the box, it's authentic. The atomizer are the correct ones. I even put the one that came with it back in. The air valve won't turn without pliers. I have another valve coming. I did see a small piece of steel in the tank. It looked like a thread may have pulled

The aerotank mini's air valve I got is very tight. Better then their previous version where it'd spin easily. But, the bottom piece that the atomizer/coil connects to should have 4 threads and the coil should have 4 also. If it seems less then yeah I'd guess a threading got somehow and the coil isn't allowing a complete seal. Because the juice is leaking onto the battery correct?

Well is leaking into the air valve, then it quits working and leaks out of the air valve intake. I may try a little Teflon tape to see if that works.
