Ok so I have a dct carto which is 6ml, carto is about 45mm. The leaks are from the bottom part of the carto, the place where u screw the carto to the battery. Sometimes when I unscrew the carto from the batt I get a surprise of ejuice on the batt. Definitely not vapour as the liquid is brown (using choco juice) and smelt like one too, so what should I do?

(Carto is from hc, 6ml one, not vivi nova )

Most probably yes, your carto got flange...? If yes then it's the air hole... I give up using carto for the same reason, cannot fill up too full, cannot fill up too less, coz my juice is 50/50 VG/PG, so i always had this problem with keeping it just sufficiently wet...

Same broI have a 50vg pg base which I don't use.. about 100plus ml bottle, 5/6 full. Wana get?

And yea got flange. Although I don't really know what's that it's stated in the description when I bought. Ya using attys? Heard that it's hard to refill? Can the cartage be reused after it's punched by the atty?

Tkstks appreciate your quick reply all these while

It is not leaky, it's flooded.

Overfilling / improper filling is e main culprit if juice leaks out e bottom airhole. A quick tip for refills w/o wearing down orings on e caps is to push e connector / threaded end of e carto slowly into e tank. Tilt e end slightly and use a needle-tip btl to drip liquid in e gap btwn carto and tank. Let e liquid slide down e sides and clean up wen almost 3/4 way full. Push e carto back up via pushing on e drip tip end whilst holding e caps securely and you should be good. There are plenty of ways for refills but this worked for me when I first started using e dc tanks.

A question for u, how long hv u been using e carto..?

Most cartos hv a lifespan of ard 3-4 refills (not necessarily so, but is advertised largely) but u can get carto life of up to 2 weeks with reliable performance. Beyond that, e carto wld give poor vapour production and they mite not hv e capacity to hold liquids as well as wen wen they're brand new. Flooding is one of e signs that yr carto is as good as gone, unless of course, it is brand new and that wld bring it back to e first option, overfilling / incorrect method of refilling.

Have used it for less than a week, never refilled before. Ahh have followed steps on YouTube to fill my dct, or maybe I think I have :D

Oh.. And if it's flooded and u still wanna use it, just blow out frm e drip tip end and cover bottom threads and wick hole with Kleenex until no more juice comes out. Of course, this is done outside e tank. I've nvr tried blowing out wen e carto is inside e tank, but u could try that and tell us how that works out for u. Cos flooding is usually caused due to gunk / burnt juice build up on e coil(s) so, it is advisable to be done wen e carto is popped out of e tank.

Would you recommended using attys? Never used them before as I prefer the convenience of cartos, but looks like attys are better! Which do you recommended? There's tank cartage for attys too right? Thanks bro for your help

Oh ya, blowing the carto when it's in the tank, I've done that a lot lol, and don't think it's advisable as juice constantly come out bit by bit. No choice but to vape finish the remaining juice before removing carto :D don't wanna waste anymore juice, have limited supplies, and judging by the recent clamp downs on shops soon the existing ones will have to do some rationing.. world war is back

I started on Chn atties that came with LT (old version) and upgraded to a dctank for convenience. Flavourwise, i prefer atties over cartos. So i returned to atties and bought joye and ikvs to ensure that I get e hang of dripping (cos u need to learn wen to drip and how much) before getting HH, which is much more expensive. It is recommended to get e cheap ones first before moving on to e expensive ones because too many dry hits wld render e atty useless.

E joye a or b tank atties are good to start with if you still prefer xtra juice capacity. But u can just jump e gun and use normal dripping atties for a laid-back, tv-watching, couch-lounging session at home & only use tanks for out and about, in e toilet cubicles etc. After you're done with these two, move on to rebuildables; they're e way to go with e current tight situation we're experiencing.

Thanks for the info really appreciate man! I believe hc offers the attys you mentioned, gonna try experimenting with them!
