Leaking Clears, any of them

This question may have been covered, But I'll ask it again.
I have heard that laying them on their sides on the PV's causes them to become leaky, why is this?

I have not had this problem... in fact... I lay all my pvs on their sides almost always.
The leaking however could be attributed to a variety of causes such as not enough wicking material, too much wicking material, too thin a juice for your set up... etc etc.
I find the juice to be the biggest culprit here. I usually vape 70/30 vg/pg and rarely have issues with leaking, but lately I've been trying out 50/50 and even 30/70, and the 30/70 causes leakage with my clearos that have been wicked for 70/30. A lil extra wicking material usually solves this.
