That is condensation on the outside of the cart holder, and I get it also, that's normal. Give your atty a little time to heat before you puff the vapor, that will help, but normally if you pull hard when you puff it gets worse. So just give it heat, and gently pull for vapor. Keep your atomizer blown out, I do mine once a day or once every two days, depending on use, so you don't have a lot of liquid pooling in the bottom. You should have just a tiny bit of condensation on the cartridge cup itself, if there's too much, either your filler is packed too loose, letting too much liquid pull down, or you are just pulling too hard. You should be hearing your atomizer kick in and sizzle when you push the button. If it's not doing that, blow it out from the backside, hard! Could be some juices are thinner than others, also, in that case your cart filler could stand to be a bit more dense. Make sure your cartridge filler is touching the "bridge" of the atty, also. I use a piece of folded paper, put it into the atty until it hits the bridge, then bend it at the top. Campare that to where your cart fits the top on the atty, that little ridge there, and see if the end of the cart is shorter than the paper fold. It has to touch it in order to vaporize the liquid well. Some of the carts are a bit too short, pull the wicking till it sticks out of the cart just a bit, AND DO NOT TWIST THE CART INTO THE ATTY, it will push it up to far, like a lever. Push straight in and pull straight out. Always. Twisting it will make fibers stick onto the mesh in there, that will also cut vapor production, and create a barrier. Make sure there's no fibers stuck on there, use a tweezer to carefull remove it. Don't dig too hard, will pull the mesh apart! Just some ideas to try.
