I already watched a video (43 mins long) on You Tube about the fixes for the leaky T3's, and ordered some 1 mm silica wick so I can rewick it...question is, why does the manufacturer/distributor sells them as is where these things just start pouring out of the bottom within 12 hrs of having juice in them?

I tried thicker juice 80 vg /20 pg with same result (normally use 50/50)

When T3 works, it is awesome-great vapor production and flavor comes through so well...when it starts leaking it is a mess, leaves puddles of juice on my work desk and is a total disappointment. SI gave me 15 points ($2.99) towards a replacement, but I know if silica is same thickness and installed same way it will leak guaranteed.

Why make/sell product that needs to be fixed right away? :grr:

You arent the only one.

I have about 6 of them in my vapebox. lol.

You can try recoiling them with some thicker wick and thicker wire - I had to with all of mine. I dont even use them anymore as the EVOD's dont leak at all even when rebuilt.

Yep, you were right, after getting some silika I was able to adjust the flow to where there are no dry hits and no leaking...takes some time, it is trial and error, but at the end of the day it works and I dont use my stardusts anymore. Have Vamo on the way so I can try T3's at higher wattage.
