so it's a dual coil
you sure it is Very Tight in the base ?

can you see the wicks (or enclosed ?)

if the tank can't maintain a vacuum, juice will run right thru and out the coil (onto batt)

or you can add bit of cotton on top of coils

so it worked OK for awhile, now it leaks
all silicone O-rings still in place ?

good luck , let us know...

I'll load it up again and check all that out.
But it seemed to be leaking right from the center bottom. Thanks for the suggestions.

yepper

the bottom center is the bottom of the coil sticking out (inside bottom of base)

for whatever undetermined reason, at this time, juice is leaking straight thru

suggest you 'save' all old coils at this time, and install a new one
to see if it cures your trouble...

Taking too strong of a draw from the tank can cause flooding of a clearomizer. You only have tiny silica strings wicking e-liquid to the coils. If you are a moderate to heavy vapor, you could be forcing too much e-liquid to be delivered to the coils. What liquid that the coils can not vaporize will have no place to go but into the air chamber. This can result in either sucking up juice into your mouth or liquid dropping down onto your battery.

Try a gentler, longer draw on your tank. This is not like smoking a cigarette. Adjust your technique.

Could be a bunch of things...

Coils is worn out and time for a new one

What Baditude said...

Juice is too thin, like a high PG ratio juice

You went from cool indoors to outdoor heat or the tank sat in a hot car which can cause the air in the tank to expand and force the juice out

O-rings not sealing the tank

Coil not screwed in tight
