juice coming out of airhole on RM2. Been Reo user for 2+ years and RM2 user for 8 months.

1- Oversquonking was my first thought, but never had problem before
2- Maybe coil position- to high to low?
3- I center the airhole to the center of the coil
4- Use cotton wicks
5-Have o-ring between the 2 pieces of the RM2, but can see juice coming out of airhole.

I'm out of ideas, any suggestions. Thanks.

Thats an interesting observation, vapor is low so you instinctively think it needs more juice.

I still don't trust myself with a blind squonk, the dreaded dry cotton hit makes me too scared not to check.

Exactly, last time it happened I was watching a movie and would hit it get low vapor and squonk. a few minutes later hit it again get low vapor, forgot I'd just squonked and do it again. then on the third or fourth try think the bottle must be low and hold the squonk even longer. Net result was sticky fingers, had juice all over the top running down the side pulled the battery and it was at 3.49 volts. I usually change them at 3.65 or above.

I've definitely noticed a connection between a low battery and over squonking (and subsequent leaking out the air hole.) It usually happens, like Filthy-Beast said, when I'm preoccupied with something. Mine happens sometimes in the car. Squonking is so second nature that I don't think much about it. When the vapor is low (or too cool) I assume I need to squonk....when really I need to change the battery! The only other thing I'd check is whether or not you might have too much wick blocking the drain.

Since people are admitting to the low battery here...I thought of posting here when I realized something.

Had to rewick twice the last couple days, three times yesterday. Could not figure out why my flavor was funky.

I was using a two or more week old coil...oops. Dropped a new one on this morning, all is good so far ;)
