This may qualify as one of the dumbest questions of all time. The 30ml size works the best for me but I do have problems with leakage at the cap. Is there something I'm just not understanding about tightening up the cap? Just turns and turns. Fine if you are just setting on a shelf, but I drip and have to refill frequently so I carry around in a pocket.

The reason it keeps spinning, is its most likely a child safe cap. Just need to push down a little while turning. The leakage is probably from after dripping there is a little left on the tip that didnt drip off or get sucked back in. just wipe the tip off after youre done.

I carry around 30 ml bottles too. But mine leaks from the sides of dropper..I squeeze and I see 2 droplets forming one from tip one where dropper attaches to the bottle. Also I notice what you notice. I do not have child proof cap. I believe it is as what Mobius said, its just excess liquid from dripping. I also drip. I just carry a paper towel with me. The blue shop paper towels are great. It wipes off the liquid lot better than regular paper towels.

I refill 3 ml bottles frequently. It's easy to do with a syringe (FSUSA sells them).

Thank you all - will order some syringes. The 3ml bottles sound ideal and do not leak.
