Hey all! I'm new to this forum. I quit smoking by using blue cigs but am looking into getting a good, but simple vaporizer to further my e-cig experience. Any suggestions or companies that anybody can recommend?

Cant beat Kanger Protanks for simplicity. A nice big tank and replaceable atomiser heads are useful if you are new to tanks and not making your own coils.
The good thing about the Protank is that the heads it uses are relatively high resistance so you can run it on an ego battery. Thats how I first started vaping..

Were I starting out today I think I'd get an Istick 30 and either a Aspire Nautilus or a Kanger Aerotank. For juice I'd find a local vape shop with a juice bar so you can sample juice before you buy it.

I would suggest an iStick 30 and a nice tank, maybe a subtank mini or nano with the 1.2 ohm coils...
If you want something really simple for a next step I recommend the evod and try a top coil tank like iclear and a bottom coil tank like a pro tank. I personally like top coil and probably wouldn't have quit if I used bottom coil. Halo Tritan is pretty much what I mentioned above but a little more pricey but a one stop shop.
As said. Cant beat a Protank or Aerotank and an istick or VV stick battery! Great starter devices. I started with an EVOD starter kit from Kanger. Cant beat it! I actually still use it!!
At one time I would have recommended an affordable variable voltage battery setup like a Vision Spinner or Joytech Twist with a clearomizer tank that uses replaceable coil heads. Many vapers start out with this setup and quit smoking.

I would recommend the Aspire Nautilus tank. If the standard Nautilus at 5ml is too large a form factor for you, then the Aspire Nautilus Mini at 2 ml. I've tried a number of different Kanger tanks and the Nautilus is my favorite.
I agree that the iStick is the way to go for stepping up. I'd probably say that if you could spare the difference, go get the 50w. The 30w works well but the 50w has the extra there in case you want to use it. A little more power for vaping. If in the event that isn't your thing then you'd get a little boost in battery longevity between charges. - If you are aiming for more cost effective vaping then the 30w works wonderfully. Both are great, just wanted you to be aware of the options available.

I was looking at buy from Mt Baker Vapor because they are local and have a relatively easy to navigate site. Is there juice any good?
They get a lot of yes votes. I just received my first package from them today but the only juice I ordered was a low nicotine menthol. I'll try it at some point but I'm already vaping a higher nicotine menthol so I don't want to dump it out. I need more flavors lol!
I just upgraded to a Atlantis and Kanger subtank mini a few months ago. Kanger leaks for me with the fruit juices though (Always had probs with kanger. Unlucky I guess).But you can replace the o rings which is pretty sweet. I'm loving my eleaf istick 30w too. Its a very convenient battery for beginners, cheap and last all day. Wish they had it ages ago. Be sure to educate yourself with both tank and battery though. Their are some minor safety precautions.
When I first started vaping. MVB is all I'd vape. Now with the sub ohm. I got to steep it now. Actually all the brands of ejuices I'm finding I have to steep now to get full flavor.
I'm currently steeping Dr. Crimmy's Vjuice. Can't wait to try it. Heard so many good reviews on the cereal juices.

I would second the aspire Atlantis. It definitely has potential, and even now that I moved on to dripping, I still use my Atlantis everyday while driving. So it's kind of been like a long term investment for me. As for mod... I'm no use there I had a k100 though, it got the job done, but if I could go back I would have picked up something else.
Aspire makes a really good starter kit if you are interested in something like that. It comes with a Mini Nautilus, variable voltage battery, charger, wall adapter, and a five pack of atomizers.
Mt . Baker is very good place for juices I use some of their premade flavors in making some of my custom juices their prices are fairly decent too. Just coming of the Blu you will probably want that cig like draw so the new vision nunchaku kit would probably be a good start for you it is a 2000mah tubular battery setup that is adjustable wattage from 6 watts all the way to a max wattage of 18 watts. It supports 1.0 ohm coil and up and comes in 10 different colors and like 5 different custom patterns like skulls etc. It is both ego and 510 threaded so it allows for use with multiple different atomizers. The entire kit is around 55 to 65 dollars so just need to add your juice and go coils are easily replaced as with most tanks and will last depending on your vape habit a week to 3 weeks. Just another suggestion that doesn't put you out 80 bucks to find you don't like it and will give you a cigarette like draw coming off the Blu and the battery will support more airier atomizer's down the road if you need to start upgrading again. I would definately say yes. They have become my go to source for ejuice. Not only are they inexpensive, but they don't sacrifice quality. I do believe for certain flavors, others might be better, but when it comes to overall satisfaction, Mt. Baker has always been my go to for over a year.
