Legal herbal glycerite vaping?

Hi all. I've been trying to research this topic but have not found an answer. Is it possible to vape an herbal tincture? These can be found it vitamin stores and such. I've seen kava kava and valerian root tinctures before and know they are meant to be added to drinks and taken orally. But are they able to be mixed with e juices?
Also there are tinctures that are in glycerite form. Would those be better? I haven't tried this mainly because of safety issues. If it is viable to vape, would it be safe for my body, and my atomizer? Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

This is what some would consider a "grey area", as they would consider this trodding extremely close to the realm of illicit substances.

I would mostly be a little hesitant, expecting it to clog wicks, That would be the major concern, providing that you trust the ingredients list and it only has the actual extract suspended in vegetable glycerin.
