Legal status in Canada?

That is a damn good question! With the way things are going here in NY, I would like to know the legal status on the other side of the border. If anyone has info, fire away...

I'm new to all this but have been doing tons of research in the last week. What I've found is that Health Canada does not like e-cigarettes and last year issued a release that can be found easily if you google 'health canada e-cigarettes'. Sorry...I can't post links yet....too noobie.

That being said, I was able to purchase the e-cig and non-nicotine e-juice quite easily. Nic juice is tougher to find in Canada but if you search this site for Canadian suppliers you'll find they're out there. I think Health Canada is going to have a tough time regulating anything but the nicotine juice.

There's lots of info online if you just google things like 'Health Canada e-cigarettes' for regulations and 'e-cigarettes Canada' for suppliers.
