Is it legal for kids under 18 years old to vape things that don't contain nicotine? I wonder, because i know how easy its gotten to order online. I usually check at juicechase.com for pricing, but when i click through to whatever bargain I'm chasing, i rarely get asked about age upon entering the websites. I also wonder f it's legal to buy things overseas, is it wide open?

Am I wrong, or does anyone else have NO idea what the legality is with this God sent alternative. It's hard to imagine the government isnt going to do their best to start taxing it as high as they possibly can, and i wonder in the long term if the savings will hold up. Even if they don't, hey, the health improvement is worth it alone. Heck, I'd pay more if I had to i suppose, lol

All the good sites I've been to ask for age. Some sites even ask for your birthday to verify. Some places I know passed an age law, and honestly it's one regulation I support. We don't need kids during class vaping or blowing O's. As far as overseas, I don't have clueless on that.

It's easy to get anything as far as cigarettes and dip went. It was easier to get than a rated R movie or rated M game. Granted the only way this can be verified by buyer is shipping with a company such as UPS and doing an age check before signing. I've had that done for my dads meds he has gotten before when I had to sit at his house and wait for delivery.

I worked for a vape shop in Ohio in 2014. Laws vary per city, county, and state. One must be able to show proof of age (at least 18 years) to purchase or use an ecigarette (with or without nicotine).

Most states are setting up legislation to tax ecigarette devices and e-liquids. The FDA is currently setting up initial guidelines on ecigarette regulation.

On a side note, we had parents bring their teenage children in to purchase an ecigarette because their kids had been smoking for years and the parents wanted them to use an ecigarette instead. We couldn't sell them anything (even the parents) knowing who it was meant for. Penalties for selling to a minor is a hefty fine and jail time for both the sales person and the business.

Thanks FrenchFry1942, I figured those kinds of things were brewing ... i suppose it will get difficult to shop accross state lines on the internet at some point. Of course there are always some states who will leave things alone ... TX, NV, FL and most of the south come to mind.

It's actually not easy for anyone under the age in their zip code to order fluid. Most sites do age verification. All the major ones do. Now, if they use their parents bank info, then that's another story... But who's fault is that?
