Cignot here also. But I'd think the suppliers that state in their description that it's a Joye, it should be. The people that get the knockoffs sometimes just assume. I believe that goes for several other vaping items also.

Ecigbestsave is a good place also, and they're also on Amazon- I just did some c-mas shopping and tossed an xtra battery in the basket with my other purchases.

I appreciate all the replies and links peeps.

I found vapor's choice and they have the twists listed like this, so they look good.

Joyetech Ego-C Twist 650mah Copper Battery
    $19.00
    Genuine Joyetech eGo-C 650mah TWIST Variable 3.2v-4.8v - Copper
Available in 650 and 1000mah in black and stainless and blue. A Genuine Joyetech variable voltage battery that can be incremented from 3.2v to 4.8v in .2v increments using a simple 'twist' of the end cap at the bottom of the battery. No messy menus, each voltage is clearly marked on the dial!

AltSmoke.com | Personal Vaporizers | Electronic Cigarette | Ecigs | Your one stop shop! has authentic ego twists. They also just added what looks like customized spinners. Kind of like the ego twist, but with the altsmoke logo on it. Looking at the spinners, they are ego also.

If your in Ohio, they ship very quickly. Depending on where you are, you may get the package next day.

Here is a list of U.S. vendors straight from the joytech site that are either selling knock offs or unauthorized dealers:

The link that you posted for the eGo twist started set on the vapow website includes the following:
2 x Joye Ego-C Twist Batteries, 2 x Cone Covers for Joye Ego Battery, 1 x USB Rapid Charger for Joye Ego Battery, 1 x Mini AC Wall to USB Adapter and 5 x V-Cartomizers all for $70. which seems great to me. I am in Pennsylvania and just got home from my local smoke shop which only carries three off brands of e-cigs (none compare to the eGo twist).

Also, AltSmoke promptly e-mailed me back to advise they do not have a eGo twist starter kit but, they would help me build my own starter kit as they do carry the eGo twist.

Thanks again everyone, I am totally new to this and would just like to get set up with something that I will be happy with as opposed to paying $12 for crappy disposables. Thanks and any other suggestions would be welcome.

I was hoping you'd post back about what Altsmoke had to say. Those people will go out of their way and bend over backwards to help you out.
