Ok. I actually have a couple issues I need help fixing with my lemo 2.

#1- The airflow part of the base is suck to the deck. How can i get this off?

#2- The top fill port is EXTREMELY hard to open and close. How can I make this easier to move?

#3- The top part of the chimney is stuck to the bottom part (that is around the deck). I believe this happen when I was trying to close the fill part and it was so hard to close it over tightened it. Suggestions on how to get it off.

I have been using this for a couple months now. It was working just fine until a day or so ago.

Yes, you can put it all in the freezer, glass or no. Your problem on everything is over tightening. That why the fill port won't open-- the top cap is on too hard-- and how you stuck the chimney to the chamber. If the freezer trick doesn't work, you can run the female (outside) threaded end under some warm water to try to expand it some. And on or two of those flexible rubber jar opener sheets from the grocery store may be helpful.

My Lemo 2 was a bit tough to open the fill port the first time but after using it for a while and gently tightening everything it has become much smoother. Even if you know you can screw down the base and chimney more, you don't need to. As long as the glass and o rings are touching and there is enough pressure to hold them in place it shouldn't leak on you.

When reassembling do yourself a favor. Turn the top cap upside down and remove the seal...lay a few drops of VG or e-liquid in that channel where the seal fits. Put the seal back in place and add another drop or two.

Let this sit for 5 or 10 minutes so the liquid seeps into the joint--then reassemble.

Assemble --fill and vape.

To get the bottom section apart--while your tank is apart slide a flat head screwdriver in the air slot and using a pair of needle nose pliers firmly grasp the topmost portion of the build deck just above the threaded portion (don't kill it--just be firm) and then unscrew using that screwdriver to help you hold the bottom section still.

A drop or two of VG or e-liquid on all seals and even on the threads will help assembly and dis-assembly.

1) use a rubber glove or something to give you more grip. If that doesn't work, take the glass out, and wrap a sock or something around a pair of plyers and hold the upper section and use another pair on the bottom. It will come off.

2)put some juice into it while closed and turn it back and forth to lube the oring inside.

3) don't squeeze the metal hard, you are warping it. Try unscrewing it while it's still screwed into the base. You need good grip and a light touch.

Try gripping the tank with a 6" x 6" piece of latex. It sticks really well to the different components.
