Just had something weird start happening with one of my Lemos. When I flip it over to fill it, it starts leaking juice out of the top cap. I completely disassembled it and the clear tank o-ring is in place and looks good. As does the o-ring on the top of the chimney. It just started doing this recently. The juice has to be getting around the chimney stem somehow. Just can't figure out where. Performs just fine. Anyone have this happen???

Going to guess that o ring on the chimney stem has gone bad. Try a new o ring and check for vacuum before you fill it.

I did test the vacuum before filling. Blocked all four air holes and tried blowing and drawing air from the top. It held a suction to my lip. LOL After I empty this tank I am gonna just go ahead and replace the o-ring anyway and see if that cures the issue.

I wonder if some is being forced into the chimney/deck. That would explain it. Probably the o ring is fine then. When I fill it, I have it at a bit of a slant with the fill hole at 6 o clock.

Yeah that is what I thought at first. But don't have any idea what would be forcing it into the deck or how it would get there. The deck is at the top when filling. And I fill mine pretty much the same way.

This starts doing it on an empty tank when I go to refill. And it does it right from the start. Not when it is almost all the way filled. This one has me stumped.

Almost has to be a sealing issue with the chimney to top cap. There is a spare o-ring for the chimney included with the kit.

Yeah I think I am just gonna replace it.

Anyone know the size of the chimney o-ring??? Gonna stock up since this appears to be a weak point.

Saw that in that thread and threw them in the cart at Fasttech for my next order:

This one is suppose to be a match for the original:

$1.56 Silicone O-Ring Seals for Atomizers (50-Pack) 50-pack - 8mm*6mm*1.0mm(OD*ID*W) at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

A slightly thicker o-ring, which may or may not work :

$0.80 Rubber O-Ring Seals for E-Cigarette (20-Pack) 20-pack - 8*5*1.5mm (OD*ID*W) at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

Wonder if the silicone will hold up better than rubber. I added them to my cart for my next order too. if they don't work only out less than $2.
