Just a FYI...there's not really a need to separate the bottom two sections. I realize that if it was me of course I'd like to get them apart but it won't affect the performance at all and you can wash out that air chamber under running water and shake out the water and reassemble and it's all good.

You could try using something like those rubber pads that you use to open jars so you can get a good hold on it.

I haven't taken my bottom section apart since I assembled it on day one.. I'm sure I will at some point.

had the same problem. How i solved it was using rubber sheets.

Wrap two parts one on the build deck and one strip on the base.

I used two vice grips and clamped them on the lemo 2 and just torqued in opposite directions. Came off without any real hassle. No damage either since the rubber was protecting it.

Sometimes less is more. I find with the RBA section of my Subtank Mini if I apply too much grip the parts won't move. Just grab it lightly and twist them it moves no problem. These parts are pretty thin and I think they flex a bit. Haven't seen a Lemo 2 yet so no idea how thick the parts are. Good luck!
