Jo, the DC Cartos are 1.7ohm and 510 not so? Where did you get them? I see many websites on this thread. Can you direct me to the exact item as you have done much research for this.

Ps the 510 adaptors that MV sold me was a bit to long and I have put them on my belt sander and shortend them just abit so that they made contact with the 510 cartos, maybe they have already sorted out this problem.

Yes myself and Fabio has orderd some of those too, and some Leo twin coil tanks too. I hope I am going to be pleasantly supprised by them.

Seems like the DC Cartos are classed as "Disposable" At 1.7 to 1.5ohm, they draw a high current. Double the 3ohm.
This causes them to burn out in 5 to 7 days. This is why they are very much cheaper than the normal atty although they look similar. DC Cartos are R20.00 compared to R120.00 for the atty.
Does anyone have experience with DC Cartos over time?
My normal atty lasts about a week and then the TH disappears and no more big time vapour.
