What a fine example of the human condition this thread evolved rather quickly to be....about the 3rd or 4th post in began going downhill quickly.....mods if they exist on this wonderful forum should've got this thread back on topic at that point. Too many of us showing our "ugly" side and it's pretty sad but yet not suprising. Clean it up peeps I want to believe we're better than this thread presents us to be....just my thoughts as a member who loves ALL the INFORMATION provided whether I agree or disagree....come on folks your're better than this....

I think Provape should produce a simpler version in a less durable housing with commercially available components called the EnthusiastsVape that costs the same as the LT and if peeps want to buy the ProVari then it is an economic and lifestyle choice.

Comparing these two VV's is like comparing standard milk over omega3 enriched milk. I buy the more expensive one because my body tells me I must.

The provari has a very solid point of connection, stainless steel machined.. which is essential on a heavy tube mod. I dropped mine right on a carto and needless to say, just the carto got destroyed and the provari a minor scratch in the finish. I ended up selling mine due to my clumsiness and not wanting to break it. Plus im not a fan of constantly changing batteries (even on the 18650's) which is why I stick with step down regulated devices such as my highly pocketable darwin. Also cuz evolv's got amazing warranty. got it used, the internals went on my original signature darwin and I got back all brand new components/blue screen with just my old body. Sweetness. I would buy a LT jus to have around as another backup to my backup tho.

but moving on to a serious note... why all the hate? where's the love? there's no need for cyber bullying here.

I for one am actually kinda interested in the differences of the innards of these two devices.

Will I order parts and make my own? hell no, i'm not that tallented. but I have a LT, and am thinking about buying a provari. If I could see and hear from smarter people than me, that "yup, there it is.. magical resister chip that makes provari better"... then I wouldn't feel so guilty about buying a provari when I really shouldn't (money's kinda tight right now).

And everything gets copied. Look at Janty's ego bats, there everywhere! But guess what people (myself included) still buy from Janty becasue they want quality and to support innovation.

My LT was a christmas present. But I don't care if someone makes an EXACT copy of provari, I'll still buy mine from provape when the time comes.

I found this thread to be funny! I would be curious to know the differences between the two as well but either way I would have no ability to create one of my own. I will order a second provari as well as a lavatube either way!

For those that have a Provari and a Lava tube do yourself a huge favor, get a Darwin, then you can really make a nice comparison in electronics between all 3, just sayin.

I'm not even a Provari diehard. I'm just defending them from a bashing from someone who has never given one a chance.

I don't own a Provari. I don't even want one. While the two devices have been compared ad nauseum, I don't take issue with that. I do take issue with someone crusading against a device because they feel the creators are "making too much money." It's not unlike the GOP right now. Romney has been a successful capitalist and is in nearly every way the poster child of the Republican party. The other candidates have deemed he is too successful and therefore a "vulture capitalist." It's pathetic really, on both counts.

Lavatube is great for dipping your toe into the VV waters without much financial risk. Some users have reported shortcomings with maintaining higher voltages, especially as the battery drains. No such shortcomings have been reported by Provari users. Perhaps Volcano will discover the reason for said issue and will address it in a later revision. Perhaps not.

However, knowing that Provari uses part XYZ while Lavatube uses part ABC doesn't address Joe Six-pack's concerns. Most probably couldn't care less. The OP doesn't either. He's just looking for more ammunition to bash Provari.

See! Part XYZ costs $0.65 per 1000, but they're charging a markup of 10,000%!!! Those .......s!

Lavatube guys say Provapes is ripping off the drones and Provari guys calling theirs Ferrari and declaring LT as junk..
What does it matter? I vape my device, it satisfies me. All is right and good in the universe. Lol
Lt's have issues, sure, but for $100 less you expected what?
Provari are cool, but for that money they better be.
