Someone asked me what the liquid inside was, so I told them it was Glycerin.

They looked at me in shock, and quietly told me to put it down slowly, because "that stuff explodes".

(me = "no, that's nitro glycerine, you idiont...")

Alright, so I was at work, and we just got done unloading a truck (I work retail) and while the truck driver was getting stuff set on the back of the truck, I step out to vape. We have the usual convo, very typical how it works, did I really quit smoking, are there flavors, yadda yadda. Then out of the blue he pops off and says "Okay, sure, but can it replace the after sex cigarette?" (hope that's ok to say....) I didn't miss a beat. My reply: "There's a flavor for that, a great chocolate vape".

Hope I don't get in trouble for using that grown up s word lol

Great Comeback! I don't think you'll get hit with a ruler for the "S" word ..lol...(I have a few fun vape stories of my own- but they all involve allusions to "no-no" topics! )

That made me chuckle- because I ACTUALLY WORRY when I pass a cop and I'm vaping- especially when I have a tank with some bright eliquid in it!

& I could feel that she was lookin' at me funny ...
so I made eye contact w/her
& she said "mam can I ask what your smokin' on there ?"
& I said "a personal vaporizer"
her eye brow lifted funny so I added "some people call them e-cigarettes" .....
she looked confused then relieved & said
" Oh OK, I sat down & saw you & thought ..my Lord this crazy lady is smokin' her ink pen ! "

I don't really have a funny story, but my wife calls vaping "Using those things" because she thinks "vaping" sounds like something dirty (she's a bit of a prude sometimes )
