Last night I spent $9 per 10 mils at Ahlusions. I almost didn't buy, because that's rather high for juices I just want to sample. Because of the price, if I don't like the 2 juices I ordered, I will never buy from them again, unless I get to sample on someone else's dime.

On the flip side, ECBlends has cheap sample sizes, so I bought more samples before I stopped, because out of the 10 or 12 I tried, I only like 1.

In short: have cheap samples, even if each customer is only allowed to buy each sample once, but make sure your juices don't suck.

Some of the prices for 30ml bottles quoted above are turning my hair white.

50c/ml on 10ml bottles is my ideal 10ml price but lately, prices are straying into the 70c/ml for 10ml territory.

I will not pay more than USD$15 for 30ml as shipping is a major issue- and extra USD$7.50 on the price. Yup, shipping has gone up and takes longer to arrive (two weeks longer it seems).

It amazes me that the expensive juice makers survive in the current economic climate. Many don't sell sampler sizes either. Unbelievable!

My daily is Virgin Vapors Kona Velvet Milkshake ECO. It has to steep for 1 month to be completely awesome. I pay $25.00 per 30ml. I wish they had the larger bottles!!! Thats 10 days for me at $2.50 per day. I also use 3 or 4 from Ahlusions daily which are 26.00/60ml which I think is very reasonable! I figure its costing me less than $5 per day to vape (not including the mods). I was spending $300/month to smoke. I love vaping so much more than smoking! How much would I spend??? I would pay what ever they charged! But I wish it was less :)

Learned something on that tip. I did not know about their 50 ml "value" price. Thanks.

I am the lucky one - don't care much about any flavor but tobacco and even with tobacco my taste buds are very shot.

So I am good with Dekang tobacco - DK-TAB, Flue cured, USA Mix, and the cost is $11 for 50 ml from MadVapes, that's $0.22 a ml.

Yeah, I will not pay more than that, see above.

I know there are a lot of fans of NLV, and I'm sure it's excellent juice and to be certain the prices are incredible. However, for me there's an additional cost beyond the monetary value that I factor in with certain vendors. If I have to spend hours reading through threads and hitting websites to check if a particular juice (or line of juices in this case) is available, and then, if I'm lucky enough to get an order through, I have to wait weeks for it to arrive in my mailbox, I factor that in to the overall cost. Even though it's not as tangible as a dollar amount, I feel that the time and effort I put into researching and buying juices is worth something. I may place an order with NLV at some point if I get lucky enough to pop into their website while they are "live," but as it is, I don't see it as a particularly good value based on the effort required to get it. Convenience and our time have to be worth something right?

I've been going for the 40% off sales at gourmetvapor and usually pay around 10 bux for a 30ml. I like their tobacco flavors which are pretty much all i vape. seeing as i go through 6ml a day bottom feeding i try to go for bulk prices on flavors i really like, around $40 for 250ml during sale time. the most id pay for 30ml is $16 for good eliquids.

Now, if you want to hear horror stories about prices, let's talk about mall storefronts! There is a small chain of stores based out of Idaho that sells 15mL bottles of what I think is DeKang or something similar for 19.95 per bottle. They also sell a 30mL bottle for 36 dollars. I ended up buying some before I found out they were a chain rather than a local mom and pop store - wanted to support a local business. The cigar flavor is pretty much the same as I've bought from China.

LOL! How much is too much? $36 for 30 mL of DeKang is definitely too much!

Considering I used to be one of those pre-filled carto guys, all juice is relatively cheaper compared to that ridiculousness. I generally dance between $12.00 to $16.00 for 30 mL. The only exceptions, as of now, would be House of Liquid and Want 2 Vape. (There are good reasons for those exceptions, too.) On the other hand, I am not paying $20+ for a 30 mL of some damn Snickerdoodle! I don't care how much it tastes like a cookie, cookies ain't that good. I would rather make my own cookies and hover over the oven vaping non-flavored juice.
:p

I couldn't agree more on this one! A friend of mine actually sent me 3mls of the infamous snickerdoodle cookie you mention, which don't get me wrong, the stuff was amazing...but I just can't bring myself to pay those prices when I know there are other juices I also love in my ideal price range of about $16 for 30ml. Not to mention having to wait 8+ days for it to ship?? That's just not for me. There is one other vendor whose flavors seem right up my fruity blend alley....but the prices are far too high ($23 for 30ml). Quite frankly, I just don't like to condone charging prices like that, when I know other vendors are able to do it for much less, and have done an amazing job at satisfying my pallette for a fraction of the cost. Kind of makes me feel like I am being ripped off for no good reason. It really comes down to principle for me at that point.

It seems that 65¢ per ml is the sweet spot for the higher end liquids. I try to keep mine under 50¢ though I'm actually failing at DIY at the time, so that's under 15¢, but I'll probably go back to the TopVapes from MadVapes soon, or try Dark City or Mountain Something. All these are under 50¢ per ml.

Here's my set of notes I've made. It's in a horrible format, since it's just my notes for myself.
Ecigexpress has unflavored 120ml 24mg 50/50 for $8.50 (7¢ per ml)

Mount Baker has a Make-Your-Own

Viking Vapor has 7.5ml for $3. (40¢ per ml) and $6 shipping.

Blue Mist is $5 for 10ml, $10 for 30ml, and $30 for 180ml. (50¢, 33¢, and 17¢)

Eastmall has 30ml for $6 (20¢ per ml) but no other sizes. but $17 shipping and no other shipping options.

AllAboutVapor has 5ml for $2.95, 10ml for $5.50, 30ml for $16, and 120ml for $48. (58¢, 55¢, 53¢, and 40¢ respecively)
$5 shipping.

Good Prophets has Dekang 10ml for $2.99 (30¢ per ml)
Shipping is $3. So 60 ml would be $21 (35¢ per ml)

Health Cabin had Dekang 10ml for $2.80, 20ml for $4.50, 30ml for $6.50, and 50ml for $10.
(28¢, 23¢, 22¢, and 20¢ respecively) I believe shipping is $5.80 for surface mail which takes 2+ weeks.

Value Vapor has Dekang. 10ml is $4 and shipping is around $4
20ml is $6. 30ml is $9.50ml is $14. (40¢, 30¢, 30¢, and 28¢ respectively)

Vapor Renu has 30ml for $8 but no smaller sizes (26¢ per ml)
They can add caffiene

Dark City Vapors
Sample Pack is three 5ml bottles for $6.25 (42¢ per ml) Shipping is $1.60
That is cheaper than buying non-sample. Rate is constant at 50¢ per ml at all sizes.
Three sample packs + shipping = $20.35 (total 45ml, 45¢ per ml)

Mr. Vape
Sample of five 6ml bottles for $10 (33¢ per ml)
Shipping is $1.95 for two sample packs (5x6x2=60ml!)
5% off your total order using coupon code: ecf5 (Valid up to 3 uses per customer!)

Mount Baker
$5 for 15ml (33¢ per ml) Shipping is $2.62
So 3 + a "Make your Own" (total 60ml) would be $23.59 (39¢ per ml)

NiteLite Vapor
10ml for $3.50 (35¢ per ml)
Currently the store is offline due to high demand

All About Vapor
5ml for $2.95 (59¢ per ml)(6 for $17.70)

Nettmix
3ml for $2 (66¢ per ml) (10 flavors = 30ml for $20)
6ml for $3 (50¢ per ml) (seven flavors = 42ml for $21)
10ml for $5 (50¢ per ml)(four flavors = 40ml for $20)
15ml for $7 (47¢ per ml)(three flavors = 45 ml for $21)

Stormy's 10ml = $5 (50¢ per ml)
RAWR 10ml = $6.50 (65¢ per ml)
Backwoods Brew 10ml = $6.50 (65¢ per ml)
Hoosier: 5ml = $3.23 (65¢ per ml) 10ml = $5, 30ml = $11 (also Dekang 50ml = $11, Dekang Ketchup 5ml = $1.75)

Freedom Smokes
"trucig" tastes like a burning cig
5ml =$4, 10ml = $6, 30ml = $15, 60ml = $25, 120ml = $40. (80¢, 60¢, 50¢, 42¢, 33¢)
