LG orange 18650 help... I'm Lost!

I just bought a battery bank to use as a case for a DNA20 or DNA30 Build and it had 2 batteries in it already. The only info I can find fur sure is they are LG 18650 2800 mah.
I have found WILDLY conflicting info on the c rating. I have read .2C, 2C, and 20C. Thats too much discrepency for my liking. Anyone have any info on these. Are they safe to use? Should I just throw them out? I've never used VW mods before but from past vv I tend to like around 1.0 - 1.7 ohm coils on those if it matters.

That is an ICR battery and the best info I could find is that they are not high drain with 1.35A (0.5C rate). Suggested use is Camera, Powerbank, Flashlights.

(Dispose of them unless you have a camera or a flashlight that needs em)

Thanks, Thats what I thought. Not too bummed though; I basically bought the case for the charge curcuit and case(building an Arlo type only smaller). I figured the bat would be no good for vaping.

I agree with Creepy Lady. I could only find this info: Ultra High Energy Li-ion 18650 Cylindrical Rechargeable Cell: 3.7V 2800mAh (10.36Wh) --LG Brand (NDGR)

ICR battery, apparently unprotected, best used for low drain applications. Not for use in any mod.

Yep, don't want anything like that near my face & hands!!! I've got scars from some crazily hot laptop batts.
