Earlier this week I placed an order with Liberty Flights for a bunch of flavors for DIY. When I received my order one bottle was missing. I sent an email to their customer support and received a response within the hour. They offered to ship the missing bottle or credit it to my account. I chose the latter and they credited me for TWO bottles for my inconvenience.
I have been ordering from them for well over a year an this was the first order that was incomplete. I found them to be very courteous on the phone and email, they have great prices and ship fast at a reasonable price. I have recommended them in the past and will continue to do so.
