keeping in touch with me on my issues with the hardware. Pleasant and apologetic and they sent my two replacement Riva 510 batteries right away and are including return packaging. Nice of them to trust the customer.

My only equiptment order has been from Liberty Flights. I never had to speak with them, received my starter kit less than one week after ordering (and stalked the mailman the entire way through the tracking code they sent). All parts work. The fact that I never spoke with them is a plus with me (and probably them as I dont always do well playing with others)
