I ordered several different bits and bobs from Liberty; a few cartomizers, some mixing ejuice and flavours, pre-mixes eliquid, bottles and drip tips - I used a 20% discount code to justify the whole thing
. I was mmming and aahhing for a few days on whether or not to actually place this order (its all bonus stuff, I already had the basics I needed to start vaping), and I had a pleasant surprise when LF kept my basket, so I didnt have to keep going through every page to re-start my order.
They have excellent selection, with a wide range of products; prices are comparable to most UK sites and shipping is calculated on a per-item basis, as opposed to a flat rate. I am not a fan of the way you add items to the basket (with the lists, and number fields), and I dont like being re-directed to my basket every time I add something. I also was unable to open their reviews; the links were there, but when I clicked them nothing happened. Libery Flights also has a reputation of often being out-of-stock of popular items; I understand the difficulty of balancing inventory and dont blame them for this, but it is still something to consider that they dont always have what you want! Basic vaping FAQs are available on the site, and LF also has their own forum, but I havent really used it.
I submitted the order Thursday night, the pack was dispatched Friday, and I received everything on Saturday; like most of the UK vendors, I would imagine that you would get next-day delivery if you ordered in the morning. An e-mail was sent to confirm the order when I placed it, and again to let me know it was shipping (but the tracking code they sent didnt work properly, unfortunately).
The order I received was well-packed (maybe a little loose), though the labelling varies depending on what kind of eliquid (they stock several different suppliers). I was a little disappointed to see a very small amount of leaking in the 125ml bottle of unflavoured ejuice; its not the end of the world, but its the only bottle its happened with (between 3 different suppliers and nearly 50 different bottles). Overall, I am very satisfied with my order from Liberty Flights, though Im not a big fan of their website. If they have what Id like in stock, with the selection and discounts available I would use LF again.
