I have been a regular customer of Liberty Flights since shortly after I took up vaping. I have had no reason to deal with their customer service until today as all orders have arrived quickly (usually next day - even with the cheapest shipping option), safely and in good order.
Today I received my latest order - some flavourings and an atty head as ordered. I also ordered a Vision Ego Replaceable clearo too but instead was sent a replacement tube for said clearo. After bringing this to their attention I received apologies and assurance that the correct item would be sent out immediately. They didn't even want the tube back so now I have a spare for free!
Very impressed with the customer service, quickly rectifying a rare mistake. Deal with them in confidence.
