I ordered today and have gotten 3 emails - order confirmation, dispatch confirmation, shipping tracking id update

You should call them tomorrow and get it straightened out


What you ordered today and it got shipped out already?? That was fast! I ordered yesterday and still waiting for my dispatch notice.

I am getting a little annoyed but am trying to have patience. It's been three days. I've sent 4 emails. Tried to call several time(Yes with the correct number) and all i get is the answering machine. I have left a message no call back. Because everyone keeps going on about how great their customer service is I will continue to wait patiently. I do still have the payapl charge hanging on, so i know it went through. And yes i have checked my spam folders. first thing i did.

as i said before i ordered 4/1 at around noon, i live in boston btw, and just checked the status and this is what it said: Your item was processed through and left our SAN DIEGO, CA 92186 facility on April 01, 2011 at 7:36 pm. The item is currently in transit to the destination. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later. So good news it is on its way. Cannot wait to get my Riva and start vaping with a more powerful battery!

For some reason, all of my orders that get processed through San Diego stay in that same status until the day that it will be delivered. Don't get discouraged if it stays like this until you check one morning and it shows 'Out for Delivery'. This has been my experience with my last 2 orders. USPS isn't the most informative when it comes to their tracking. It should show an approximate delivery date at the top somewhere though which has always been spot on for mine.

Nope. They're the same. 510 refers to the threading, so anything designed for a 510 will work with the Riva, too.



I love my riva 901 ....and i always go thru liberty flights , but i dont like their atomizers ... which sucks, cause their customer service (Abe) is AWESOME !!
I dont know what makes some atomizers better than others , but its night and day to me ...

ps .. Maybe the attys from liberty flights would work better if you used them on your passthru versus riva ... They just suck on my riva ... hmm i might try that ..lol

Like i said in my post the account page shows no orders. I have sent n email too them asking. I even sent them a copy of the paypal invoice. I was hoping it would of gone through today. I live about 7 hours from them so shipping would of been quick :)

I wonder if you accidentally ordered from the UK site? I have done that before. It may delay the order a couple of days but it will get straightened out. I would wait for an email back or post the question over in the Liberty Flights forum and they will look it up for you
