I ordered and received a Riva 901 kit in late December. On January 18th one of the batteries died. I email Liberty Flights and they said to send it back that it's still under warranty. I sent it back on January 23rd and received a new battery today. Thank you Leah for your prompt attention on this.

I had the same experience with them. I dont think mine was even under warranty any longer but they replaced my ego atties for me.
A few months back i had a problem where my atty had gone bust in less than a week. I emailed support and they sent a new one out the same day free of charge (as expected) but the good thing was that i didnt need to send the faulty one back and mess around with shipping which saved time. +1
That's why I buy all my hardware from them... They are not really to much into DIY stuff or I would buy that also from them...
