I am currently waiting for my first 510 from them...and if the product is as good as Randall is at customer service.. I'll be blown away.

He arranged for a shipping method for me...that they don't currently offer!!! Went above and beyond in nursing my knowledge base along as well.

WELL DONE LIBERTYECIG!!!

(Good lord I can't wait to get that vape!!)

-and no i'm not a schill, paid endorser etc...just very impressed by their overall service level!

Most people have a couple of suppliers. You never know when customs will take a suppliers order! Also I find I have favorite flavors from different places. I must say that my hardware comes from one supplier. They have always treated me right with lightning service! But my 901 is not the same style as yours.

I registered an account specifically so I could praise these guys...

Randal (who I think is the owner) was awesome.

Going on the original poster saying he worked out special shipping, I gave them a call. Fantastic experience. I cancelled my (now 5 week old) blu order and my m401 kit is arriving TOMORROW.

Can't praise these guys enough after my experience with so many terrible companies in the quest for e-cigs.
