Life after Pride?

Too funny! I checked in here and there are no sign of life for a month! Must have been some good Pride festivals out there! I only did Evansville's picnic and Indianapolis Pride this year. Halcyon played at Indy so that was a good show. Otherwise, it was the rowdiest pride I have ever been too... or I have really mellowed...
How was yours? What did I miss?

Still bummed out about Prop 8. That was Pride for me here in SF. Wasn't in much a celebratory mood.

My pride was crazy, as always. MN knows how to throw a good party

Pride was just too crazy here in NYC. So many detours you couldn't make it from one area to another. It died from me quickly when I had to walk in 90 degree heat around one block which took half an hour trying to make my way to an after-party.

my boifriend came out as a transman in may and was going through some serious stuff. he didn't like the music, the people, etc etc etc .... so as a girlfriend, it sucked eggs.

BUT my son and i always go together on the sunday. we went to an event called "family pride" so that was the really cool part. i live in toronto, and the entire month of june is pride. our .... march and parade are on the last weekend.
