I'm really new with vaping as well. I was chain vaping a 0mg 50/50 pg/vg recently and got a headache. It lasted nearly all day, but now I'm fine.
I thought that was weird because I'd been doing the same with a 6mg pg the day before with no effects. I gave it a rest and tried again today.

I've had no effects today at all.

I think some of us just may be sensitive to new things in general. Give yourself a break for a day or so and then come back and see if you feel any better. I think our bodies just need to get used to new things, sometimes.

Happened to me so much that I quit vaping for several months. Now I have recently started again and the lightheaded feeling is gone. I was using 6 mg and the feeling just would not go away. It just started one day and kept getting worse so I cut down to 4 mg. then 2 mg and still felt a bit dizzy. So went to zero for months and it was still there. So I don't know but it hasn't come back yet.

When I was a couple of months into vaping I had vertigo so bad that I went to my doctor. He said that because I quit smoking I was finally getting more oxygen and that it would pass as my body adjusted to being without smokes. And it did.

But I still find after 2 1/2 years that if I am dehydrated that I will get momentary bouts of dizziness. Couple big glasses of water and things are good again. :D

This.

lol.

Welcome to oxygen. The carbon monoxide you used to fill your system with (that displaced the oxygen) is absent. So....your blood can actually carry the oxygen now.

At least that's one possibility. The other is...too little. If you're getting blue lips or something or are sure it's too little oxygen...see medical help.

Also could be nic juice that's mislabed.

(All guesses. Not medical advice.)
