Lightening Vapes Age Verification Form

Wire is a tobacco product as of August 9th, 2016. So yes, you will have to age verify by then. That is less than two months away.
I think UD, Lightening Vapes and other "vape brands" or wire sold in vape stores/websites will ultimately require age verification. Temco and other industrial supply companies or course will not. All about the packaging and the type of business you buy wire from.
Same with cotton. Cotton Bacon bad.... Sally's good.
Same with VG. Walmart good, Vaper's Choice bad.
Etc, etc.....
I see a problem here trying to get anything shipped to other than your residence. Especially since a lot of people aren't home to sign for it
It goes back to "intended use", if FDA believes it's intended to be used for vaping then it's a tobacco product and will fall under the deeming restrictions.
My mil vapes. She also spends the winter in Florida. She is a resident of Tennessee. This will definitely affect people like her. Thankfully I make her juice so I will always be sending that to her, no problem. But this is going to affect a lot of people. The ID matching your shipping address is beyond ridiculous.
Would be something to see though.I don't think that Sally's, Temco, and Walmart are going to get raided at anytime.

Some places do card for that, it's crazy. In Tennessee no ID, no alcohol. No matter how old you are. Crazy times.
I am less comfortable in Sally's than a teenaged boy in a drug store buying "protection" for the first time.
The fact that I am a guy and shave my head doesn't make my buying basically a crate of rayon in a woman's hair accessory store any more normal.

I DID pass on the biggest box of rayon. Mine only has 500 feet. I should blow thru that in under 80 years.

So, what you in effect have with LV is an Age Restriction that ISN'T.
