Lil Mama Tank problemo

I got my Provari and other accessories including a Lil Mama tank which I was anxious to use. I watched the video on their site and on YouTube to make sure my first fill would be correct. I did as instructed, pushing the cart down just far enough to fill the tank. My problem is that the cart will not go back up through the cap correctly. It's as if the hole on the cap is not quite large enough to accommodate it (I know it's supposed to be a tight fit). I tried with all my might to hold the cap on while pushing the cart through carefully wiggling it so it would go through ...
it fails every time. So with tank full I pull the cart back out and tried again .. fail. I pulled the cart all the way out losing all my precious juice and rinsed everything off as now it was covered with juice from my fumbling around. Did a dry run without juice to see if it was because the juice made it too pressurized inside to go all the way through the top ... failed again, the cap (no matter how hard I push down as I'm sliding the cart up through the hole, comes off.


Anyone have this problem or have any good advice?

You want to make sure you are feeding the carto through 510 connector end first. When refilling the tanks push the 510 connector into the tank and fill down the side then push back up. Keeps seal tight and your o-rings safe.

Been using for the last 5 weeks... without a hitch. Good Luck!

get your top o ring wet and push. that or purchase a drip tip that is shaped like the cartomizer. when i first got the Big daddy / lill mama tanks i would put that tip on after filling then push the cart up threw the seal so it didnt damage the seal. if you need pics i`ll post them. just let me know.

I figured i would just post pics. i put them in order and this drip tip helps a lot. it keeps you from chewing up the O ring. I didnt fill the tank in the pictures but its an example.

Moving the 510 connection side and lubricating the inner o-rings once the carto is removed are both helpful.

Also spinning the carto as you push might work.

You should know I don't use that exact tank, but I do use the Gummy Tank that is pretty tight.

Thank you. I will try one last time today (after my morning coffee). I did use all the techniques above without success. The good news is I emailed BVD about my problem and they answered right away. They told me their business philosophy is 100% customer satisfaction and said I could either return the item or exchange it. Very nice people and great customer service. They also mentioned they have a new product coming out soon that I may be interested in, so keep an eye out. I hope to get the Lil Mama tank working or get me working it correctly lol.

Got it working! Used my ss drip tip I got with the Provari and after filling the tank, gently set it up right on a towel on the counter resting on the drip tip and slowly pressed down holding the top cap on the Lil Mama tank and using my thumb nail to center the cart through the hole on the lil mama top cap and rocking back and forth, hopping up and down on one leg, sticking my tongue out and to the side, rolling my eyes a few times and wallah ... it is on the Provari and I'm vaping away !
