So I just got the Lil' Mama tank from Big Daddy Vapor. First off, I love it. No leaking and it's nice and tight.
I'm using Boge LR Cartos with it. The only problem is that refilling it is very hard. It's becoming easier, but when I refill it now, the carto is kind of shaving the rubber, I think the o rings, when I put it back in.

I push the battery end inside the tank and when I push it back, it's so tight that it shaves the rings, to the point where there are a couple tiny bits of rubber inside the tank. Is there anything I can do to fix this? I was thinking how convenient it would be to have something that screws into the battery end that is flush with the carto and tapers off.. does that make sense?

So, is there anything I can do?

I bought the mutli adapter tool from BDV as well but I can't push that end down without the slots in the carto leaking out
Any help with this would be awesome, thanks!

Yeah I got the slap yo mama.. so if I push that end through, I'll just have to be careful not to let the carto slots exit the tank then? I tried that before and ended up making a mess, but I will try again.. I thought it wasn't far enough to push through and fill it, but I guess I pushed it out too far.
Thanks for the tip!

ok that did work better, although I had to take the tank cap off as there still wasn't enough of an opening to drip the liquid into. I think if I pushed it down anymore the slots would have came out the bottom and started leaking like before. Still, this is much better than what I was doing before, so thanks! I was wondering why the Slap Yo Mama was a bit useless before, but this helps a lot.
Feel a bit silly making a thread on this now :p

...it used to happen to me in my tanks as well, I started just taking a peice of 100/120 grit sand paper and rubbing it around the sharp end of the carto when its new "before my first fill", it will get rid of the sharp edge and save your O-ring
