For some reason it's only for the liquid ejuice line 1.5mg of nic in 120ml bottles. And yes I manually clicked 120ml 1.5mg and used my smartphone. Seems like a glitch on the site but when I check out it shows 120ml bottle 1.5MG of nic for $18.99.

I just checked. $67.99 is the price for 120ml bottle 1.5MG of nic.

I don't know. myfreedomsmokes sells everything from 24mg to 100mg in a 125ml size for $17.99. and you can get some variable PG/VG ratios, too.
